Life is more than living
Life is more than living : We cannot find reason for all the things happen in our life. We have to accept them. The science starts everything with a doubt and the spirituality starts everything with a trust. The things which we cannot be proved scientifically, should be accepted spiritually. There may be a point of contact between the two. Everything that happens in us and around us happens following a particular sequence. We cannot break the law of nature. The true human development is the essence of life principle.
Shred domination, fear and ego : Some people like to dominate, wherever they go. They think that they are more powerful than others. Some people always fear for something. They may have fear of losing money, of losing opportunity, of losing reputation or of losing near and dear ones. Both these conditions are wrong. We need not dominate anybody or fear about others or other things. We should learn to accept others without domination or fear. We have to lose our ego to get everything in life. To get unending happiness, we should shred domination, fear and ego.
Life is a learning experience : What is life? It is just a learning experience. From the day of birth, till death, we get some experience daily. We should keep open all our sensitive organs to hear, listen, speak, grasp and feel all the good things we come across. We need not behave perfectly always. We should try to be perfectas far as possible. Surely we should have some uniqueness.
Pay attention to little things in life : We should pay attention even to very small things in life. We should have a light heart like a child, with big mind, unlimited potential, courage and positive thoughts. We should not have worries or tension. We should pose as the happiest person in the world, always. We should feel the thought of completeness in mind. We have to practice the life of our childhood, as far as possible. The innocence and pureness give contentment of mind. We should watch the small happenings and show our joy, excitement and happiness like a child. Paying attention to small things makes life easier.
Don’t worry : It has become habit for some people to get worried even for small things. They worry about almost anything. From the morning till they go to bed, they keep on worrying for something. Just leave the worries and think about solving the problems. Sometimes, there may not be any problem at all or the problems may be small that we can handle easily. If required, we have to work hard and get advice from others to solve the complicated problems. Anyhow, there is no need to bother about the problems. By worrying, we are losing our lifetime. Worry is a thought that carries negative energies to our life. So don’t worry for anything. Moreover, our health will also be affected, if we start to worry. Worrying creates stress. Every problem has got a solution. We have to live constructively and not worryingly.
Don’t run behind target always : We should not feel about deadlines, meeting targets and pending files always. The needs and demands are always growing. We are overloading ourselves to cope up with these. We are over stressed due to over work. We work for day and night. For some people, there is no difference between work and life. Some people totally forget their personal life and all the time, they bother about professional life only. They lose their peace of mind for the sake of this materialistic world. All the problems like insomnia, eating disorder, stomach upset, depression and high blood pressure are the causes of over work and strain. So we should give up the habit of running behind target always.
How to balance everything in life ? : Are we getting what we really need? We have to work hard to maintain our position in office. We should know to balance the personal life as well as our profession. As we are trespassing from one to another, we cannot fulfill both the duties properly. The busy life has taken away the peace and tranquility of our mind.
How to live ? : Some people have stopped living. They sleep but they do not relax. They eat but not with full heart. They forget to laugh. They are missing something in life. They forget to take a break and they work, work and work forever. The refreshment for mind and body is essential. The life is more than mere living. It has got a purpose. We should make time for ourselves and help others. We should live with contentment. Make your life blossom with happiness always.
